RETURN POLICY

WHO DOES THIS POLICY APPLY TO?

This Returns Policy applies exclusively to Online Retail Customers who purchase from eminenceorganics.co.za.

If you are a Retail Customer who bought an Eminence product from another website or a physical location, please contact the spa or website where you made the
purchase. Each spa and website has its own return policy.

If you are a Spa Partner (a spa with an existing Eminence account) with questions about returning products ordered from Eminence, please get in touch with your Eminence Representative.

We understand that every individual's skin is unique, and we are committed to helping you find the perfect skincare routine. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy for orders placed by Retail Customers on eminenceorganics.co.za.

If you are not satisfied with a product received in your order, please follow the steps below. We accept returns for products purchased on eminenceorganics.co.za
and issue refunds within 30 days of receiving your returned product.

Refunds will be issued to the card used for the original purchase.

To request a return:

Email sales@eminenceorganics.co.za with your Order Number and the name of the product(s) you wish to return. Your Order Number can be found in your Order Confirmation email.

Your return request will be processed by Eminence’s Order Services Team, who will provide further instructions, including how to ship the product(s) back to Eminence.

Please note: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending your returned product(s) to Eminence unless Eminence shipped you a product
different from what you ordered on eminenceorganics.co.za. We strongly recommend obtaining tracking information for your package.

Eminence reserves the right to inspect the returned product(s) before processing a §refund. Eminence reserves the right to refuse or deny a return request or
refund at our discretion.

**Delivery times may be affected by external factors, including public holidays and regional disruptions. Please visit the relevant courier service's website for up-to-date information on shipping policies during such times.

***Currently, we do not offer express or expedited shipping options.

When your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation email.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number for your shipment.

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:15 am and 4:30 pm SAST. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will
be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

We do not currently offer shipping to locations outside of South Africa.

If you are located outside of South Africa, please contact sales@eminenceorganics.co.za, and we will be happy to provide you with information about Eminence products and services in your location.
